Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to invest in your health and strength journey.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Freebies):

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Group Coaching Memberships:

You can cancel your membership with 3 months notice, and access will remain until the end of your paid billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. 1:1 Coaching:

Refunds are not offered once a plan has been delivered or the first check-in completed. I require 3 months notice of termination of my services.
